Sams Art House

WELLINGTON: Sams Art House runs fun preschool art classes designed especially with little budding artists in mind.

Our Ngaio Studio is an amazing colourful, creative space where young kids can come along during the day, enjoy our preschool art classes and create to their hearts content.

We also run fabulous Arty Birthday Parties for preschoolers.
 

Sams Art House Budding Artist classes

At Sams Art House young budding artists get to create their own masterpieces alongside their caregiver in our Budding Artists classes designed for 3 – 4 year olds.

We provide a new project each week to create and an amazing array of materials to use - and your budding artist takes home their fabulous creation!

These preschool art classes run on Wednesdays or Fridays,10-11.30am, during school terms and you can come when it suits, you just need to email Sam - sam@samsarthouse.co.nz to save a spot. Maximum of 6 children per class.

We also welcome private Budding Artists sessions as well. This means a private group can book up a session just for themselves. Minimum of 6 students.
 

Sams Art House Arty Parties

As well as our weekly preschool art classes, Sams Art House is the perfect, cool, colourful, awesome venue for your preschool kids parties. These are held in our awesome Ngaio Studio.

For our Arty Birthday Parties, we provide exclusive use of our cool studio for 2 hours, at least 1 tutor, the creative activity from our list of fabulous ideas, all materials and an awesome atmosphere to help make your preschoolers Arty Birthday Party rock!

You bring all the food to help celebrate and we clean up the mess. What more can you ask for?

Space is limited to a maximum of 8 kids at our Ngaio Studio.
 

About Sams Art House

Where do I start! So many creative ideas running through my head I hardly know! I grew up always painting, drawing and collecting stuff and creating things with that stuff. It’s always been who I am and probably will be forever.

I naturally passed this experience on to my own three boys and they in turn invited friends around to create stuff! That’s how Sams Art House was started.

A friend suggested I set up classes for kids and actually get paid for the joy of it and here I am a few years later.

I love to foster my same childhood experiences into my classes. To provide kids and adults alike with exposure to being creative, to think differently, to be proud and enthused with what they create, to be able to look at the world differently and create outside the lines.

I believe creativity is so important in everyone’s life, from youngsters through to the young at heart! It provides opportunity to leave behind the stresses of your day and lose yourself in colourful, creative fun.

As well as art classes and arty parties for toddlers and preschoolers, at Sams Art House we also provide a range of opportunities to get your creative juices flowing.

From art and drawing classes for school ages to adults art/craft workshops, work parties, exhibition space, visiting artists, DIY creative projects, amazing handmade craft and artwork for purchase, the list is endless!
