What you’ll need for your magic mud recipe
Dirt
Water
Approx. 2 cups of baking soda
Powder paint in different colours
White vinegar in a spray bottle
Old container, plastic bin, bucket or wheelbarrow for mixing in
How to make magic mud
1. The first step is to prep your magic mud. Simply add the baking soda and some water to the dirt and mix it all up. Add more water if you need to, until you have mud, glorious muddy mud.
At this stage the dirt is great for mixing and stirring, making volcanoes and mud pies, and just getting dirty.
2. To transfer your mud into amazing magic mud simply sprinkle some powder paint onto the mud then spray on the white vinegar.
The colourful erupting bubbles will impress kids of all ages!
