1. Flower printing

Help your toddler or preschooler to collect flowers to dip into paint and press onto a surface to make pictures.
 

2. Land art

Using natural resources such as stones and shells, get your toddler or preschooler to create patterns and pictures on the ground.
 

3. Make a collage

Take a nature walk or have a scavenger hunt and collect a range of natural material with your toddler or preschooler, such as fallen leaves, small twigs or stones etc.

Then use a piece of large sturdy paper and stick the objects you’ve found onto paper to make a collage.
 

4. Footprint art

Find a large piece of tough paper and a few muddy puddles and let your toddler or preschooler stomp away!
 

5. Painted rocks

Painted rocks are perfect for helping toddlers and preschoolers to stay active, hunting and hiding painted rocks outdoors.
 

6. Pine cone sculptures

Collect up pine cones with your toddler or preschooler and stick them together to create sculptures.
