Our free Parent Helpline - 0800 568 856 - is available from 9.00am-9.00pm, 7 days a week.

The Helpline is anonymous, non-judgmental and confidential.

Call us to get practical advice and support on any parenting issue.

No issue is too big or too small. Whatever makes you worried – at Parent Help we listen and will support you to raise a positive and resilient family.
 

Parent Help Counselling & Family Therapy


At Parent Help we provide affordable counselling and family therapy in the Wellington region.

Our counsellors and therapists are qualified and experienced and there to support you to solve your issues.

Parent Help counselling and therapy sessions are for individuals wishing to address personal issues, and for families where the relationship within the family needs attention or where the behaviour of a child or a family member is affecting family dynamics.
 

Parent Help Parenting Courses


Parent Help provides group and individual courses for parents who are struggling to relate to their children or teenagers.

All our courses are held in the Wellington region.

If you are from another part of the country, we can help you to find a course in your area.
