Deb Janssen from Little Sleep Coach is a Registered Nurse and Sleep Consultant, helping families of 0 - 5 year olds get better sleep. Through a holistic approach, Deb can guide your baby or toddler towards sleeping independently and happily. Deb also helps resolve feeding aversions with babies and toddlers. Deb works with families all over New Zealand and internationally via Video Consultations and offer's Home Visits with those in and around Christchurch.

Sleep coaching takes the guesswork out of why your baby or child isn't settling well.

Deb is passionate about helping parents and their little ones achieve better sleep. She also helps resolve feeding aversions.

By being open to change and making the commitment to be consistent, she can help your baby or child learn to sleep well, giving you the good night’s sleep you need and deserve too.

Each child and family is different. Little Sleep Coach provides a detailed Sleep Assessment and holistic Sleep Plan tailored specifically to your child’s sleep issue(s), temperament, and your parenting style. Deb provides extensive follow-up support with phone calls, text and voice messaging throughout your time working together to ensure your little one ends up being a great wee sleeper. 

Deb also provides extensive follow-up support and offers a feeding aversion service - if your baby is refusing to breast or bottle feed, she can help.

Deb provides phone, video and email packages for clients throughout New Zealand and overseas. If you live in the greater Christchurch area, Home Consultations (daytime, evening and overnight) are also available.

Deb works with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers up to five years old. Common sleep issues include:​
