Kids won’t be able to resist eating these healthy fruit snacks in lots of Christmas shapes. Easy to make and great for summer and other times of the year too.

Easy to make and great for summer and other times of the year too.

You can vary the quantities and use all or any of these fruits, cutting out as many shapes as you need.
 

Ingredients

 
  • Watermelon
  • Honeydew melon
  • Cantaloupe melon
  • Pineapple
  • Sharp knife
  • Chopping board
  • Christmas cookie cutter shapes or any other shapes you might have
  • Plate to serve
  • Strawberries and blueberries to decorate (optional)


To make your Christmas fruit shapes


1. With the knife cut the melons and pineapple into round slices approx. 1cm thick on the chopping board.

2. Using the cookie cutters, cut out the fruit shapes from each of the fruits and arrange on the plate.

3. Top with the strawberries and blueberries to decorate.
