What you’ll need for your kids homemade paint brushes

 
  • Paint brush head materials - a selection of household items or craft supplies (see suggestion list below)
  • Scissors
  • Clothes pegs
  • Tape (optional)
  • Shop-bought or homemade paints
  • Paper for painting on
 

How to make your kids homemade paint brushes


1. Cut any of your paint brush head materials down to size if they’re too large.


2. Use a clothes peg to pinch and clip in the materials to create your various paint brush heads.

You may need to wrap a piece of tape around the pegs to ensure the materials don’t fall out.


3. Put out some paint out and and let your kids get creative with their new brushes!
