A Kidz World Home Based Childcare & Education Service offers quality affordable home based childcare in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland regions for children aged 0 – 5 years.
Your child will have the opportunity to be cared for and nurtured in a safe home environment filled with play and education to enhance their learning and development.
A Kidz World Home Based Childcare is an alternative to centre based care, offering small group sizes with a maximum of 4 children under the age of 6 and never more than 2 children under the age of 2.
Small group sizes enable children to build responsive and reciprocal relationships, which is particularly beneficial for children under two. Individual educational programmes are developed for your child once a term, following Te Whâriki, the NZ Early Childhood Curriculum.
Portfolio books provide a record of your child’s learning and development which are retained by parents when children leave the service.
Children have the opportunity to experience everyday life situations and regular outings with their Educators such as cooking, shopping, going for walks, visiting parks, a gym class, attending music and movement groups etc, all providing them with valuable learning experiences.
Our Educators have warm and caring personalities and enjoy working with children. They provide an environment where your child is valued and their needs recognized enabling your little ones to become competent, confident learners.
All our Educators are carefully selected, reference checked and police vetted. We also ensure they hold a first aid certificate and have medical clearance. We offer our Educators free training and professional development and no administration fee for parents or Educators.
