Suggestions for your cupcakes
- This recipe can be made gluten free by using any type of gluten free flour and replacing the malt vinegar with a gluten free vinegar such as white vinegar.
- You can make this recipe dairy free by substituting the milk for rice milk or another dairy free milk alternative.
- You can also use this recipe to make plain cupcakes by leaving out the cocoa and adding a little more vanilla essence. If making plain cupcakes, try substituting the vanilla essence for banana essence.
