Our belief is that you are not like everyone else, so why should you buy the same as everyone else?
Each of our one-of-a-kind designs is hand-crafted in New Zealand and made with all kinds of repurposed fabrics, upcycled materials, hand-painted designs, vintage touches, and no small amount of creativity.

Just like your little one, One Button is growing every year. We are always brainstorming funky designs and looking for new ways to bring our latest products to you.
Our products can currently be purchased online through our website as well as via Facebook, at local markets in the greater Auckland area, and by appointment in-person.

"My name is Jo and I live with my family on beautiful Waiheke Island near Auckland, New Zealand.
When I had my first child in 2008, my mother gave me my own Plunket book from when I was a baby.
Comparing notes, sizes, photos and milestones was such a joy.
I wanted to protect the books holding those precious early memories of my children and started designing covers for Plunket books using felt, button art and old school potato stamping.
Hundreds of book covers later, One Button expanded its brand by adding a range of children’s clothing made from repurposed fabrics, stationery made from damaged vintage books, and various hand-painting and stamping projects.
I love being creative, it’s interesting, exciting and fun."
